COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) OUTBREAK
On 22 March 2020, the British Dental Association issued advice with regards to providing dental care and treatment during the delay phase of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. Based on the advice, Justin can no longer offer a "business as normal" approach. David McCaughey Dental and Mercer Dental Care will be contacting patients where it is deemed that their appointment can be postponed. This will include all aerosol generating procedures, and routine care for all patients.
Justin will continue to provide emergency dental care to manage severe dental pain, facial swelling and uncontrolled bleeding for existing patients who are well, not self-isolating, and not a member of a household who is self-isolating. Justin is sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. Your health, the health of other patients, and the health of our dental team are of paramount importance. For now, we must focus on doing what we can to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, protect vulnerable groups, and look after each other.
